• Development of generative AI strategies: strategic framing, use case prioritization, construction of operational roadmaps

• Implementation of responsible AI governance (ethical, societal, environmental, geostrategic issues)

• Operational support: awareness-raising, acculturation, training

• Management of the design and concrete deployment of generative AI solutions (conversational assistants, business process automation, augmented productivity tools)

Definition and evaluation of AI use cases: Translation of business needs into data/AI use cases, feasibility analysis, and definition of associated business cases for different types of clients (media, publishing groups, retail).

Hands-on AI project management: From strategic analysis to concrete implementation, managing AI projects to optimize business processes (e.g., setting up 'business conversational assistants', AI portal to optimize workflow).

Development of custom AI solutions: Collaboration with technical teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers) for the design of personalized AI solutions adapted to user needs (e.g., automation of editorial content or creation of multi-channel and multi-country product catalogs).

Creation of AI offerings: Lead on the development and management of a company offering dedicated to product catalog automation, and participation in pre-sales of generative AI projects.

Product Strategy: Management of the lifecycle of two SaaS solutions (NFT marketplace, financial asset tokenization platform), definition and monitoring of key objectives and results (MRR, technical debt), market sizing analysis, definition and sharing of product vision in collaboration with the executive team.

Product Discovery: Gathering and analysis of user needs and feedback, collection of business needs (framing workshops), persona definition, development of relevant prioritization criteria.

Product Delivery: Agile framework work, backlog setup and prioritization, user story writing, definition of acceptance criteria.
