I was commissioned to diagnose and resolve two critical bugs on a WooCommerce e-commerce site that directly impacted sales and the purchasing experience.

🛠️ The first issue concerned the Stripe payment gateway: some paid orders were not synchronized in the back office, causing revenue loss and management complications.

I conducted a complete audit of the Stripe/WooCommerce integration, analyzed the webhook configuration, and identified the source of the conflict. I then applied the fix.

The second bug prevented the proper functioning of the dynamic badges ("New", "Best Seller") of the Woodmart theme, an essential tool for visual marketing.

After technical analysis, I identified a conflict that was blocking the management of product attributes.

My approach for this mission was centered on accurate diagnosis before any intervention. This allowed for the isolation of the root causes of the problems and the application of targeted and secure fixes, without impacting other site functionalities.

For this mission, the objective was to resolve critical performance issues and correct display bugs that were harming the user experience and impacting the site's conversion.

🛠️ My intervention began with a complete technical audit to diagnose the sources of slowness. I proceeded with in-depth optimization:

🚀 In parallel, I resolved all display bugs on desktop and mobile, ensuring a smooth and professional browsing experience. I also standardized the calls-to-action (CTAs) to improve the clarity of the user journey and maximize conversion opportunities.

🔧 The mission included flexible support, allowing me to quickly integrate layout adjustments and respond to the client's priority requests, ensuring efficient collaboration.

📈 Thanks to this intervention, the site is now faster, more stable, and visually coherent. This technical optimization has directly contributed to a better user experience (UX), reduced loading times, and solid foundations for improving natural referencing (SEO).

UX/UI Optimization and WordPress Web Page Redesign: As part of this mission, I completely restructured and modernized several pages of a showcase website, with the aim of clarifying information, improving user experience (UX), and strengthening the visual identity. The work included optimizing the layout of thematic pages, I also reworked the Projects page by updating achievements (texts, images, CTAs), and harmonized the footer.

The pages benefited from specific improvements: visual hierarchy, addition of visuals, transformation into a summary page or brochure-style listing. All interventions were carried out on WordPress, with a focus on SEO performance, accessibility, and graphic consistency.
