For two years, I put competition on hold to lead and develop a club competing in the first division.

Balancing the demands of elite competition with the realities of an amateur club required structuring, convincing, and driving the project forward: partnerships, grants, relations with local authorities... all while supporting athletes daily.

The most memorable part? Seeing my best judokas leave for more attractive structures... and continuing to build despite it all.
