If you choose to go through an agency, you will deal with a project manager. This person is essential in the translation process to obtain quality documents, as they will be able to guide you to offer you the best possible service. Project managers have technical expertise on the one hand, allowing them to anticipate potential obstacles, and linguistic expertise on the other, enabling them to clearly communicate your specifications to translators and verify that they have been respected.

In addition to quality translation services, I offer you my expertise as a project manager to ensure that the quality of the final document is excellent and meets your expectations. I work with CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools that make the content of your support as harmonious as possible, and an infallible spell checker.

Upon receipt of your document, I will prepare a quote based on the word count (the standard method for calculating prices in our industry). I will send you the quote with the estimated delivery date, and as soon as you accept it, I will begin translating your document, which involves several steps: first draft with linguistic research, full proofreading of the translated text against the original text, automatic verification in the CAT software (which identifies probable errors), and finally conversion of the text into the original format for a final proofread combined with a verification using the Antidote software.
