From 2019 to 2024, I held the position of Branch Manager at the Axylis firm in Narbonne. In this role, I was responsible for the operational management of the branch and client relations for a diverse portfolio of VSEs, SMEs, and liberal professions.

My role combined both technical tasks (accounting review, balance sheets, tax returns, management support) and strategic, fiscal, or financial support for leaders.

I contributed to improving the branch's profitability and increasing turnover through close client relationships and my involvement in business development.

This position allowed me to consolidate my expertise in business management, refine my consulting approach with business leaders, and bridge the gap between accounting techniques and strategic management challenges.

My main role is to ensure the reliability of financial data, optimize cash flow management, and support the company's development strategy.

I am responsible for budget construction and monitoring, implementing management dashboards and monthly reporting for the management. I also oversee accounting, relations with banking partners and external advisors (accountant, statutory auditor), as well as fiscal and social compliance.

In a growth context, I have contributed to structuring internal processes, strengthening performance indicator monitoring, and supporting strategic decision-making through clear and responsive financial vision.

I am the general manager. I handle the regulatory and administrative aspects of operations. From invoice entry to cost calculation, I manage the accounting and fiscal side.
