As a shared-time recruiter, I provide agile and tailor-made operational support to my clients, with complete and personalized management of their recruitment process. My support covers all stages: needs analysis, writing job descriptions and advertisements, multi-channel sourcing, direct approach of targeted talents, conducting interviews, and follow-up until integration.

I work in close collaboration with managers to understand the specific challenges of each position and identify the most relevant profiles, both in terms of skills and cultural fit.
