Beyond creating a directory, developing monitoring tools, and finding dates for the artists (solo or group) concerned. I support this non-profit production company, particularly in (co)funding research, creating and writing visual elements and communication tools, as well as assisting it in its restructuring, professionalization, and overall strategic thinking.

Responsible for project engineering and development within this National Federation, I also carried out a complementary project coordination role, particularly for projects within the team. Between project development, (co)funding research, project development, specific tool development, monitoring, evaluation, partnership management, recruitment, management, association strategy, internal structuring, communication, team support, conferences, and networking events... I carried out a truly multifaceted role, requiring the deployment of multiple skills.

Co-founder and Director of Psy'Script, I co-created this Association and co-deployed an innovative mental health program for women victims of domestic violence. In this context, I am responsible for project engineering and ensure: project development and implementation, (co)funding research, monitoring and evaluation of the program, development of partnerships, communication, recruitment and management of the team, co-reflection on association strategy, internal structuring, as well as all administrative and HR aspects... In addition to my specialization in project engineering and non-profit development, I am also specialized in violence against women.
