My name is Alexia Chiche, and I have been a press officer for 8 years. A profession I discovered in an agency - where I learned the ropes of press relations - and which I have been practicing on my own since 2018.

Work with the client on key messages helped make their message more audible and raise public awareness of the general interest issues directly linked to the profession's difficulties. Preparing spokespersons was crucial to the success of this media coverage and for their voices to be heard. This campaign was a success despite being set up urgently.

These resources are derived from scientific research combined with the practical experience of managers in the field.

    Starting from scratch, the PR support initially focused on establishing AFMD in the landscape of thematic and specialized media: economy, business, management, HR, CSR, etc. Its media presence was built on AFMD's initiatives (publications, events) and on highlighting its expertise in diversity and inclusion in the workplace, in conjunction with current topics in the business and societal world (from teleworking issues to the inclusion of LGBT people at work, to weight discrimination in companies...).
    Over time, AFMD has seen a significant increase in its media visibility through in-depth work that has helped build a solid network of journalists attentive to its insights and loyal to the association's news.

    The objective of this PR campaign for the launch of Infinity Advertising was to make this advertising solution known to advertisers, through media specializing in marketing, advertising, and communication. It also aimed to highlight the advantages and potential of this offering to differentiate it from the competition. The press was also invited to the launch event of this new e-retail media solution.

    Press outreach was met with interest by journalists from professional media and also gained the attention of journalists from general business media. Several dedicated articles and interviews with the spokesperson crowned our efforts.
