My responsibilities include the complete digitalization of Quality processes: non-conformity management, action plans, internal audits, customer complaints, QSE indicators, risk management, energy monitoring, and supplier evaluation. I have also implemented a structured document management system (versions, approvals, distribution, archiving) to enhance compliance and information control.

I handle everything from needs analysis to production, including process modeling, low-code development, business rule integration, user training, and support. My work has improved traceability, responsiveness, standardization, and operational performance of teams, while reducing manual tasks and errors.

As an independent Management Systems Consultant & Zoho Creator Developer, I assist French-speaking SMEs in structuring, improving, and digitalizing their Quality, Environment, Energy, and Automotive systems.

I conduct internal and documentary audits according to major standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, and ISO 19011. My interventions cover process analysis, compliance assessment, preparation for certification audits, non-conformity management, and implementation of effective action plans.
