I designed and managed an immersive augmented reality experience to showcase Renault's new electric model during the Ampère Days, coordinating both the XR technical aspects, physical event management, and the development of a companion web application.

🎯 Objective: To offer a fluid, spectacular, and perfectly synchronized AR experience on 20 simultaneous Apple Vision Pros, with centralized management via a web app.

🛠️ My responsibilities:

XR Technical Direction: immersive interactions, spatialization, 3D animations in AR.

Development of a companion web app (Next.js):

Management of broadcasted content

Real-time synchronization of the 20 Vision Pros

Remote monitoring of device status during the event.

Complete event production:

Coordination of hardware & AR providers

Real-world testing

Logistics and on-site setup during the Ampère Days.

Live user experience: fluidity, accessibility, immersive storytelling around the vehicle.

⚙️ Stack used: SwiftUI, RealityKit, Next.js, Firebase, WebSocket, dynamic QR codes, multi-device AR management.

🚀 Result:

A world first for the brand: 20 Apple Vision Pros synchronized live, delivering a premium AR experience to the public during the event, with smooth management from a dedicated web app. The experience made a strong impression and affirmed Renault's position as a tech player in electric mobility.

I was in charge of developing the Balenciaga immersive experience on Apple Vision Pro, as part of an experimental project combining luxury, innovation, and mixed reality.

🎯 Objective: To offer a next-generation product experience, in a showroom or boutique, via a Vision Pro headset.

🛠️ My responsibilities:

Technical project management and functional requirements definition.

Development of the application with SwiftUI, RealityKit, and AVKit.

Integration of interactive USDZ 3D models and gesture manipulation.

Implementation of immersive navigation and fluid video playback.

Performance optimization and management of VisionOS issues.

🔥 Result: A fluid and immersive app, true to the Balenciaga brand image, designed to enhance products & storytelling in a latest-generation Apple environment.
