Hired by the institution to manage the entire network and IT infrastructure, I ensured service continuity and modernization of the IT infrastructure.

My responsibilities covered the administration and maintenance of servers, workstations, and peripherals, network management (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), access configuration and security, as well as level 1 to 3 technical support for users.
