**Mentoring and Support**: I acted as a subject matter expert for the designers, overseeing their projects, improving the quality of their deliverables ("pillar of craft"), and defining their skill development objectives.

**Cross-functional Leadership**: Creating and leading the "Ethical Design" guild to train 130 designers in accessibility (RGAA) and eco-design.

Key Projects:

**Logistics 2024**: Studying the employee experience through a comprehensive Service Blueprint (20 interviews, 4 days of immersion) to define needs for a new WMS tool.**Customer Area**: Redesign and continuous improvement of energy management journeys for individual and business customers.
**Technical Tools**: Designing applications for concentrator maintenance, biomethane production, and customer equipment inventory.
