I primarily work in two areas:
Impact of Product Teams and Agility with AI
I help agile teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners use AI to improve decision-making, accelerate delivery, and increase the value their products generate. The goal is not to introduce more tools, but to amplify the team's capabilities and improve how initiatives are discovered, prioritized, and delivered.
Strategic Execution and Alignment with OKRs
I support leadership and teams in improving their alignment with strategy, clarifying priorities, and increasing the impact of ongoing initiatives. I use OKRs and Lean/Agile practices to better connect leadership's vision with the teams' daily work.
In both cases, the objective is the same: to translate strategy and investment in technology—including AI—into tangible results for the organization.
I have over 25 years of experience in technology and organizational improvement, having worked in large corporations (IBM, Lotus) and later as a consultant supporting teams and organizations across various sectors. I am currently a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org and founder of ITNOVE.
I regularly work with CIOs, product, innovation, and digital transformation leaders who need to turn strategy into effective execution.
