Trainer for BTS MCO (referent) and NDRC learners, I covered modules on management, commercial development, communication, and business English. My sessions were based on my 15 years of field experience in retail (Décathlon, Camaïeu, Mango, Devred) to anchor learning in concrete professional situations. I provided learners with an operational vision of sales and management aligned with theoretical needs.
