In the companies I support, I often observe the same issues:

• Misaligned teams

• Unclear projects

• Processes that hinder more than they help.

There's energy, but it's poorly utilized, and above all, end-users remain too often on the periphery of decisions. As a result, we produce, but not always what truly adds value.

Faced with this, my approach is simple and pragmatic: bring back clarity, rhythm, and accountability. I structure projects, streamline processes, and help teams become autonomous and effective again, while re-integrating the user at the heart of the thinking through a solid discovery approach.

It is precisely to address these challenges that I created POKA. My goal is to support decision-makers in building engaged, aligned, and high-performing teams capable of collaborating effectively and delivering useful solutions with meaning and impact.
