    Mission carried out within Hermès IT, in charge of the MyHpad application, the group's flagship application, exclusively on iOS, used by in-store sales staff as part of a total IT system transformation program. The priority objective is to support the migration and technically ensure the product's performance while including journey optimizations based on user feedback and feature additions. Mission carried out in a SAFE scaled agile environment, with a Product Owner who was unavailable during this period, hence this temporary reinforcement: framing PI planning, monitoring its progress, and planning subsequent ones.

    • Requirements scoping, facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to validate hypotheses from the General Design phase
