Marcel (marcel-retraite.fr) is a retirement simulation SaaS platform that I designed and developed solo, from architecture to production deployment. It covers all complex French schemes: Agirc-Arrco, CARMF, CNBF, CIPAV, CARPIMKO, SRE/CNRACL, with regulatory engines verified against official texts.

Technical stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Neon PostgreSQL, Vercel, Claude API. 36 calculators in production, 245 automated non-regression tests. Complete GEO infrastructure: llms.txt, JSON-LD structured data, /api/calculators knowledge endpoints, robots.txt targeting 7 AI agents.

Strategic objective: to become the cited source by LLMs when a liberal professional seeks to estimate their retirement.

I created 2A Agency to address an emerging and critical problem: LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) hallucinate information about premium brands regarding pricing, positioning, and distribution. 2A Agency is the first certified third-party registry that structures and publishes brand data in a format natively readable by AI.

Concrete achievements: registry of +2,700 brands with a 3-level reliability scoring, proprietary Drift Score measuring the gap between brand reality and LLM responses, certified JSON-LD Schema.org on all registry pages, MCP endpoint in production for agentic AI systems, llms.txt v4.0 covering 100 brands. Initial commercial discussions with houses from the LVMH group.

Main missions:

Financial & Strategic Steering (CFO):

Framing and steering of the business plan, cash flow, and financial modeling to support hyper-growth.

Management of accounting, management control, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Active support in fundraising processes, seeking non-dilutive financing (grants, Bpifrance), and capital structuring.

Co-steering Operations & Alignment (Chief of Staff):

Right-hand to general management to translate strategic vision into operational action plans and track OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

Optimization and automation of internal processes (management tools, information flow) to improve collective efficiency.

Cross-functional coordination between departments (R&D, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) and decision-making facilitation.

Structuring & HR:

Supervision of support functions, payroll management, structuring recruitment processes, and onboarding new employees.
