I joined Accor's E-commerce teams - within the CDT (Commercial Digital & Technology) department to support the creation of the Platform Tribe - an emanation of the Platform Engineering concept.

This Tribe is composed of 3 Squads:

The project's objective was to launch the complete technical and infrastructure redesign of this client's web platform.
The project was managed within a Lean Agile SAFe framework and was part of a Train (ART).
I supervised a team of about a dozen people with complementary skills (PHP/Drupal engineers, front-end engineers, UX/UI, PO, PPO, QA, Data and SEO experts) in coordination with the IT department and the end client.

The project was delivered in 2023.
