Prosol is a major player in the wholesale and retail of fresh produce for the Grand Frais, Fresh., and Boulangerie du Marché brands. The company achieved a turnover of 1.17 billion euros in 2023 and has about a hundred employees.

I joined a new team created for the occasion, as part of an internal program encouraging employees to propose innovative application ideas.

I participated in the development of a billing application for small farmers.

The objective is to iterate quickly to validate the idea and its business value.

The team consists of two developers and a project manager (the project initiator).

As a Java Angular developer, I contribute to the following developments:

- Development of a web application for invoice management

- Development of an administration website for accountants

- Setup and configuration of Azure infrastructure (2 App Services and 1 Container App)

- Configuration of multi-tenant OpenID Connect authentication with Microsoft Entra ID

- Automation of development environment deployment via Docker Compose

- UI/UX improvements

Mentaïa is a French startup labeled Deeptech, founded in 2024, specializing in the development of a mental preparation mobile application for amateur and professional athletes. It democratizes access to scientific tools to boost mental performance, based on research in cognitive sciences.

The objective was to quickly develop a mobile application and its administration website and deploy it on the stores to test the idea with users.

As an Angular and React Native Web developer, I contributed to the following developments:

- Migration of the Angular prototype to React Native and publication of the mobile application (iOS/Android) on the stores.

- Development of the goal setting feature, allowing athletes to manage the evolution of their performance.

- Development of the learning path allowing the user to visualize their progress in the application.

- Development of the statistics dashboard for visualizing the evolution of cognitive skills.

- Development of the "Routine" feature, allowing athletes to create their routines from exercises.

- Development of new mental preparation exercises (mental visualization, videos, concentration games, etc.).

- Setup of the software factory (CI/CD)

- Setup of the hosting infrastructure and monitoring on VPS.

- Setup of authentication with Keycloak.

- Development of the administration site for creating mental preparation exercises.

Results:

- Production release on stores within 4 months.

- Setup of the software factory (CI/CD) for iOS, Android, and the web application.

- Continuous delivery of key features.

- Deeptech label obtained and > €100k funding.

- Downloads x4 in 1 year.

Show You is a company founded in 2016. It publishes SaaS software solutions for customizing new homes: Twisy for ACVs (Alterations to Plans) and Cosy for decorative choices (3D visualization).

These 100% online tools generate automatic quotes and centralize data. They allow developers to save 60 to 80% of their time, while generating over €800k in revenue with more than 20,000 connected homes.

I joined a team of 2 developers and a project manager to evolve the Twisy and Cosy applications.

As a Java / Angular Developer, I contributed to the following developments:

- Setup of marker generation on architect plans to help users better locate modifications

- Outsourcing of the plan and quote generation engine (very resource-intensive) and implementation of a system for parallelizing the service.

- Integration of electronic signature for quotes via Yousign, eliminating the need for clients to print, sign, and manually resend them.

- Integration and configuration of SSO to allow partners to connect their clients to Show You software.

- Automation of quote updates and amendment creation when prices change in the service catalogs, allowing developers and administrators to adjust rates during operations.

- Improvement of the plan modification tool's performance.

Results:

- Complete digitalization of the workflow and acceleration of the closing process.

- Reduction of costs and workload related to price configuration.

- Elimination of slowdowns due to generation and reduction of generation time by a factor of 2 to 3.
