Provide tailored services for high-end customers worldwide in the yachting industry, with a strong focus on yacht sales, marketing, and operations. Act as an exclusive yacht consultant for law and finance firms in Singapore and a special advisor for large-scale projects aimed at developing the yachting industry in Southeast Asia. Assist yacht owners in purchase and sales transactions while offering expert advice on cost-efficient operations and strategic marketing. Maintain active engagement with government maritime authorities in the region and globally— including Singapore, Hong Kong, Langkawi, and Delaware—to facilitate yacht registrations and ensure seamless compliance processes.

Work closely with the CEO to design, plan, and implement business strategies, operational procedures, and marketing strategies. Responsible for overseeing all technical operations, yacht sales—including brokerage, new builds, and spare parts—project management, and consulting. Ensure all activities are completed in line with clients' specifications and comply with legal requirements. Additionally, develop and execute new business plans and marketing initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Assist the CEO in financial projections, analysing, and interpreting metrics and data to support strategic decision-making.
