Within the IT department of Compass Group France, attached to the checkout product team, I contributed, as PO and Project Manager, to a strategic program for the transformation and evolution of the checkout system, conducted in a scaled agile environment, applying the SAFe Framework.

• Managed the implementation of a new checkout system.

• Managed the evolution of checkout products (PoS, connected refrigerators, collectors)

Within the Steering and Performance department attached to the IT department, managed multi-project steering for projects of different brands (Monoprix, Naturalia).

• Checkout rounding: Coordinated the implementation of the "Contactless MicroDON" feature within the Monoprix and Naturalia brands.

• In-store RFID: Coordinated the batches for the implementation of the RFID solution for the Monoprix brand.

• Naturalia: Coordinated the migration of Loyalty and Commercial Animation to a new tool.

• OMS: Order Management System - Coordinated the batches of this internal solution to be put into production for the downstream part (customer orders).

• AOC: Amazon Omnichannel - Coordinated the evolutions requested by the business and Amazon.

Within the Store Front Office entity, attached to the IT department, managed and steered the evolutions related to the Checkout IT system for the Market and Proximity formats.

• Definition of cost estimation files for individual evolutions < 50K.

• Operational steering: planning, milestones, progress tracking, forecast vision, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

• Writing test scenarios and participation in acceptance testing.

• Communication with business departments, publishers, stores, and support teams.

• Development of a training plan and training for various support teams on handling new evolutions.

• Definition and presentation of monitoring and deployment indicators.

• Implementation of an impact and risk matrix for projects involving the Checkout IT system.

• Agile collaboration with marketing and promotion teams for their evolutions.

• Monitoring and steering of the POC for the implementation of a mobile checkout system in stores.
