As a Product Designer (UX/UI Design), I solve the problems that people encounter when they try to accomplish a task/job in a particular context, while taking into account the company's business vision and the product vision - with the following possible deliverables:

- User/Product/Market Research ;

- User Flow ;

- Wireframe ;

- Wireflow ;

- Prototype ;

- User Test ;

- High Fidelity Mockup.

As a Product Manager, I deal with both business issues and the interests of users/customers to identify the right opportunities to produce value. I am responsible for synthesizing several elements of data (user analytics, customer feedbacks, market research, stakeholders opinions, ...) and then determining in which direction the product should go, or even identifying a potential new product - by concretely producing:

- The product vision (or developing it if it already exists) ;

- A roadmap to achieve this vision with the major challenges, obstacles that will need to be overcome ;

- Product ideas ;

- Experiments to validate/invalidate these product ideas (de-risk) ;

- Precise product specifications so that the functionality or product that will be built delivers the expected value and properly addresses the targeted problem.
