Responsibilities and achievements:

Client point of contact for AAA video game dubbing projects (French version) (e.g., Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, Battlefield 6).

Development of quotes, post-signature scoping (SOW / Work Order), and detailed production planning.

Creation of KPI dashboards (progress, workload, costs, productivity) to ensure reliable decision-making and margin monitoring.

Organization of casting, booking of voice actors, and coordination of recording sessions.

Supervision of administrative, legal, and financial aspects of the projects, as well as compliance with technical standards and delivery deadlines.

Development of Excel / VBA tools to automate administrative management (contracts, discounts, timesheets, and invoicing).

Implementation of data repositories (voice actors, participants, clients).

Coordination of dubbing projects involving a large number of participants, with a strong emphasis on planning, communication, and time optimization.

Responsibilities and achievements:

Design of an advanced Excel tool to process multiple projects more efficiently through the automation of processes such as:

Collection of availability and sending of personalized invitations to participants (VBA - Excel ↔ Outlook)

Autonomous modeling of necessary production time based on typical project needs.

Generation of a formatted and optimized work plan used by teams.

Drastic reduction in production time, improvement in planning reliability, and reduction of error risk.

Design of a semi-automated Excel schedule based on performance indicators. Exploitation of historical data (time per task, error rates, reliability) to adjust workload. Implementation of conditional decision-making logic (prioritization, number of checks). Optimization of resources, reduction of costs, and improvement of quality. Securing deliverables and maintaining client relationships (Disney, Amazon, TF1, ...)
