Before advising, I managed. General Delegate of the French Riviera Institute for nearly 4 years, Development Director of the Circle Droit & Liberté for one year. I know the constraints of an organization from the inside: limited budget, small team, constant emergencies, the need for credibility with peers and the press.

Solopreneur since 2017, I support leaders in their communication strategy, digital marketing, and operational management. Three formats depending on the intensity of the need: 2-month diagnostic package, monthly communication right-hand man, outsourced communication management.

Trained at the School of Economic Warfare (MBA Economic Intelligence), I approach each mission with a methodology derived from economic intelligence: stakeholder mapping, environmental analysis, reputational risk anticipation.
