Operations Coordinator at NABBOO, my responsibilities apply to all group companies (VACOA / NAVYS / GINKO) and are divided between project management, automation of operational tasks, and management of the group's strategic partnerships.

My main responsibilities:

- Administrative and Financial Manager of the company NAVYS

Management of all Administrative and Financial processes:

- Invoicing and debt collection

- Payroll

- Purchases and Bank Reconciliation

- Monitoring of financial indicators and budget management.

- Presentation of indicators in steering committees

- Project Management

The most notable of these is the management of the NABBOOST project, an Artificial Intelligence tool designed to optimize the matching process between client needs and candidate profiles.

Automation of the collection and analysis of all metrics for the three group companies

Facilitation of partnerships, creation of opportunities, definition of strategies, and objective management.

- Responsible for trade shows and conferences (WNE, Assises du New Space)

As a final year intern, I had the opportunity to join and work for the NABBOO structure, which brings together three consulting firms, with the main mission of developing and implementing the NABBOOST software.

This Artificial Intelligence tool is ambitious and aims to optimize the matching process between client needs and candidate profiles. Its objective is to improve the conversion between the needs expressed by prospects and the available candidates, using advanced techniques for automated analysis and ranking.

Through several development phases, numerous tests were carried out to refine matching methodologies, introduce filters, and integrate the tool into the company's ERP. The promising results confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the tool, thus contributing to the optimization of recruitment processes at NABBOO.

At the end of this mission, NABBOOST proved to be a major competitive advantage for the group, saving valuable time and improving the relevance of selected profiles to meet specific client needs.

Being an Auditor-Consultant at the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises means having successfully passed a very demanding recruitment process, consisting of a written and then an oral test, as well as a training weekend with an overall selection rate of 5.8%, evaluating both candidates' theoretical knowledge and their ability to advise Junior Enterprises.

During the consulting audit of a Junior Enterprise, I perform:

▸ Process audits (Strategy and Management, Commercial Activity, Human Resources Management, Legal and Regulatory Framework)

▸ Audit of missions carried out by the structure

▸ Provision of solutions to the structure's issues

▸ Optimization advice for each process

A Consulting Audit lasts one day, during which I must, among other things:

• Identify and assess the risks facing the structure

• Advise and propose areas for improvement regarding the management and organization of all departments

• Evaluate the Junior Enterprise's performance during its term by analyzing indicators and decisions made

Objectives:

• Ensure the quality and sustainability of the Junior Enterprises movement

• Develop the structures of the movement by providing them with adapted expertise

• Ensure compliance with the Junior Enterprise brand

• Enable the audited structure to develop and gain performance through the advice provided
