Mobile developer since 2015, I started on Android before expanding my skills to iOS, then specializing in Flutter since 2020.

In March 2023, with Rémi Denèle, we created our company to develop our first game in Flutter, supported by a complete backend based on Firebase services.

In partnership with Rémi Denèle, we designed, developed, and launched a mobile & web game from A to Z. As a truly autonomous team, we handled all creation and deployment stages:

**Back-End Development**: authentication management, database, API creation, etc.
**Continuous Deployment**: automation with Github Actions and Fastlane.
**App Store Management**: App Store and Google Play.
**Agile Method Work**: project management with Jira to optimize our iterations and priorities.
**Optimized Architecture**: design of a project architecture aimed at minimizing costs and operating expenses.

Thanks to this experience, we have mastered the management of a project in its entirety, from the initial design stages to publication on the stores and continuous updates.
