I'm Alexandre: a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager, bursting with energy and fueled by good humor 💪

Passionate about human relations and with 5 years of experience as a Recruiter, I now support the most beautiful Tech start-ups (Swile, Agicap, TrustPair, MyJobGlasses, Unkle, Karmen...) in their growth. Capable of intervening in all stages of recruitment (from qualifying the need with the Hiring Manager to onboarding new employees), I help them find the best Growth profiles (SDR, Business Developer, KAM, Account Executive, Marketing...) as quickly as possible.

During my last mission, I had the immense pleasure of being able to collaborate with the scale-up Qonto (#Next40 and 3rd French unicorn) for almost a year and to carry out 26 recruitments in the space of 10 months (between 2 to 4 recruitments carried out on average/month) in France and internationally (Germany and Italy).

Finally, I am available full time (4 to 5 days per week) and am mainly looking for long-term missions (3 months minimum) in full remote preferably (possibility of going to the site occasionally if necessary).
