Business creation project

Creation of a business plan and a Flutter mobile application to test the demand for a lawn mowing jobbing service.

Design, development, deployment of the GardenSitter application on the App Store and Play Store, and backoffice on Firebase (Firebase Auth, Firestore, Functions, Crashlytics, Analytics)

In charge of the first Flutter POC which led to a Flutter module for the internal sales application (shelf management, deliveries, catalog, customer order funnel).

Design and development of the Flutter module for cash register and store safe monetary management. Integration of the module into native applications (iOS and Android).

Adaptation and maintenance of the module as a web application with Flutter Web. Coordination with backoffice teams for this feature and development teams for the native application.

Design and integration of the development and deployment environment (CI/CD via Bitrise, deployment via internal MDM and Google artifact repository, integration testing campaigns with Cerberus, integration_test and flutter_gherkin, documentation, ...)
