SUMMARY:

Design of a reusable .NET and Angular application foundation to accelerate the development of internal tools for a company specializing in commercial prospecting. This project led to the creation of a custom CRM, integrating automation, opportunity management, and centralized communication, while ensuring a modular and scalable architecture adapted to future needs.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

- Database development using Entity Framework Core (Fluent API), including complex LINQ / SQL queries.

- Implementation of a modular architecture (Services, Repositories, DTOs) adhering to best practices: result pattern, signals, dependency injection, centralized error handling, DRY.

- Development of a microservice interfacing with the INSEE Sirene API for automated retrieval of company legal information (by name or SIRET).

- Development of Angular views (authentication, forms, dashboards, opportunity management).

- Implementation of JWT authentication, fine-grained role management, and lead qualification workflows.

- Integration of notifications and email sending via Microsoft Graph API (Azure).

- Deployment on VPS with IIS, implementation of a lightweight CI/CD pipeline to facilitate updates and continuous deployment.

SUMMARY:

Complete creation of a web application (public site + back-office) for a national billiards sports club. Project managed independently: design, development, deployment, and user support. The application centralizes and digitizes club management (members, competitions, consumption, communication, sponsorship, logistics), facilitating management by the board and use by all club members. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

- Database modeling with Entity Framework (Code First approach, +20 tables) covering all functionalities (registration, authentication, roles, club activities).

- Reverse engineering of VBA macros used to generate Excel match sheets during weekly competitions to integrate them into the site as dynamic interfaces, adapted to different game formats.

- Development of adaptive interfaces based on device (desktop, tablet, mobile).

- Addition and management of key features: members, sponsors, competitions, consumption, inventory, accounting, player statistics, and online documentation.

- Progressive deployment: shared hosting Ionos → migration to OVH VPS (server configuration, security, performance optimization).

- Project management using agile methodology with regular iterations (reviews, corrections, evolutions).

SUMMARY:

Short, targeted mission to take over and urgently finalize an annual interview management application within a press distribution company. The intervention focused on technical takeover, interface modernization, and implementation of key functionalities, with a rapid delivery objective to ensure the continuity of HR processes.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

- Complete review of initial specifications and identification of blocking points to redefine a clear and realistic roadmap.

- Restructuring of the database initially designed around a single table, to manage dynamic tables in interviews (addition/deletion of rows by the user).

- Implementation of a status system: Addition of status management for each interview (draft, submitted for validation, validated), allowing for a real tracking workflow, which was absent in the initial version.

- Implementation of a printable version of the interview, allowing display adjustments (hiding, simplifying, or modifying elements) according to the specific needs of the HR department.

- Proactive suggestions on UI/UX: Complete redesign of the annual interview management interface, with modernized ergonomics and replacement of the old non-responsive interface based on table tag layouts.
