Context: I joined the new feature team dedicated to combating unknown shrinkage as a full-stack tech lead within the Ulys team, responsible for the autonomous checkout system. I participate in the design and development of new projects, mentor juniors, actively participate in the newly created quality guild, and collaborate with other tech leads in the domain.

The MAP application addresses the need to modernize the offer construction software. I joined the squad in a difficult context and participated in major projects from the early days. My experience was valued in various areas beyond simple development.

Project: New Ile-de-France Ticketing System (for Ile-de-France Mobilités)

Context: To modernize the Ile-de-France ticketing system, Worldline assembled experienced and autonomous profiles to design an orchestrator, the foundation for future iterations. The objective was to deliver a first version during the summer of 2019 (local political stake). I quickly took on the role of referent for payment processes and managed exchanges with the payment solution partner.

In summary:

- Participation in the design of the partner services orchestrator (technical specifications, workshop in Paris).

- Referent for sales payment and cancellation processes.

- Referent for the partner payment solution.

Project: Grenoble Pass' Mobilités

Context: The next step was integrating a Worldline solution into the NSBF project. I joined the Grenoble Pass' Mobilité team for 3 months to strengthen their development capacity and benefit from their experience in the subject.
