About Alexandre

Live director & technical director specialized in multi-camera streaming.

I design, direct, and secure multi-camera live streaming and recording setups for institutional, cultural, sporting, and corporate events.

My role is not limited to visuals: I am involved from the technical design of the project (workflow choices, control room, broadcast, redundancies) to live direction and content delivery.

The objective is simple: reliable, fluid, and controlled live streams, regardless of the constraints of the venue or format.

I work as a director and technical director, both on team-led projects and on setups that I can manage alone, autonomously, depending on the scale and needs of the live event.

I am used to adapting the configuration level, from light and agile live streams to more comprehensive setups including multi-sources, graphic overlays, and multi-platform broadcasting, while ensuring reliability, fluidity, and editorial consistency.

I primarily work on a fixed-price basis, including the control room and equipment, to ensure a clear framework, a controlled budget, and true peace of mind for the client.

Key skills:
  • Live direction & technical direction
  • Streaming & multi-platform broadcasting
  • Multi-camera recording
  • Video control room (ATEM, SDI/HDMI/IP workflows)
  • Graphic overlays, content integration
  • Technical coordination & stream security
Equipment & work environment:

I have my own filming and control room equipment, as well as post-production stations, and I know how to adapt to existing or imposed technical setups depending on the project.

Live Direction - SNIPES Beyond Doubt 2024 & 2025 (Dôme de Paris / Phantom Paris)
    CULTURE
    September 2024 - Today (1 year and 11 months)
    Paris, France
I had the pleasure of designing the technical control room and directing the live stream for the 2024 (Dôme de Paris) and 2025 (Phantom Paris) editions of the international battle SNIPES Beyond Doubt, alongside Ocke Studio and the production teams.

This 2vs2 all styles event brings together dancers from around the world, with €100,000 in prize money, in a format where on-screen clarity is essential despite the energy and density of the stage.

    /Design of the live setup.

For these two consecutive editions, I designed a multi-camera workflow adapted to the specific constraints of the battle:

    - coordination of international camera operators equipped with RED and ARRI
    - implementation of a broadcast SDI workflow
    - construction of a control room optimized for choreographic reading on screen
    - supervision of the live broadcast
    - management of priorities in a dynamic environment (audience, judges, performers, MC)

The main objective was to translate the intensity of the battle for remote viewers, without losing the understanding of the exchanges between dancers.

    /Direction under live event conditions.

    This type of format requires:

    - instant decision-making
    - smooth coordination with camera operators
    - constant anticipation of key moments
    - visual continuity despite rapid movements on stage

The direction was designed to maintain the clarity of the duel while conveying the energy of the venue.

/A setup repeated over two editions.

Working on two consecutive years allowed for refinement of the workflow and further optimization of the recording and broadcast setup.

This is exactly the type of project I am most often involved in: high-intensity live events, multi-camera, live broadcast, and custom-designed control rooms according to the format's constraints.
