• - Implementation of dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to monitor key KPIs (cash flow, profitability, costs).

• - Monitoring the fixed-income asset portfolio, including closing data verification, modeling, and future revenue projections.

• - Analyzing product profitability.

• - Developing multi-year business plans and comparing P&L projections to actual results.

• - Participating in quarterly closings and preparing summaries for management.

• - Automating and implementing dashboards (Excel) for more accurate monitoring of key indicators.

• - Participating in the deployment of new tools.

• - Collaborating with departments (Actuarial, Risk, Sales) to integrate business challenges into financial analyses and align different strategic visions.
