Support and integration of the IAM HelloID solution within private and public sector companies.

Main context: Euronews wanted to acquire a SaaS CRM tool to manage its 5 European sales offices. I was responsible for overseeing the integration of the chosen tool (Microsoft Dynamics) during the first phase of the project, and then for implementing all developments in the second phase.

Responsibilities:

- Project implementation based on existing systems, needs, and company growth forecasts

- Drafting of specifications, implementation, and monitoring of the tender process

- Managing the relationship with the integrator and ensuring the smooth integration of modules

- User change management support

- Managing the development schedule, design, creation, and implementation

- User support and tool training for new sales representatives

- Integration of automations between MS Dynamics and third-party tools (invoicing and advertising)

- Creation of sales and financial reports in conjunction with teams (Power BI)

- Design and creation of forms, workflows, and automations
