Supplier Management:

- Research, evaluate, and select competitive suppliers for software, hardware, and telecom

- Negotiate contracts in compliance with public policy requirements and applicable Canadian regulatory frameworks

- Maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners and ensure their ability to meet public sector needs

Needs Analysis and Project Management:

- Collaborate with various CBC/Radio-Canada teams (technology, finance, operations) to identify and prioritize technological needs

- Lead public tenders (RFx), evaluate proposals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Contract Management and Monitoring:

- Oversee contract management, including updates to remain aligned with specific public sector requirements

- Ensure compliance with local and international IT procurement regulations

Technological and Market Watch:

- Monitor IT and telecom market trends to anticipate developments and propose innovative solutions

- Participate in events and forums to identify new procurement opportunities

End-to-end sourcing management for a volume of approximately 810 consultants, representing about €59 million in annual spending. Management of about 120 operational staff.

AXA Group Operations is the technological "heart" of the AXA Group and the driver of its digital transformation. It is a young and dynamic division launched in 2019, comprising 8,000 employees spread across 17 countries worldwide, from Paris to Pune.

Assignment of a predefined duration of 5 months, as reinforcement, for the outsourcing of the service with a 5-month renewal to ensure handover. My procurement department is responsible for managing tenders for consulting services on a time and materials basis.

Team of 16 people: - France: Managers + team: 12 people

- Spain: 2 people

- Portugal: 2 people

End-to-end sourcing management for a volume of approximately 300 consultants, representing over €20 million in annual spending. Management of about a hundred operational staff.
