I designed and developed the mobile application Dadou entirely on my own, a digital board game designed for friendly games with friends or family.

Starting from a simple gift idea, I led this project from A to Z: from defining the game rules to production on Android and iOS, including UI/UX design, technical development, and Firebase service integration.

The goal was to create a fluid, fun, and customizable game, with several types of challenges, a team mode, game tracking, a real-time database, and an intuitive interface. I also integrated premium status systems, in-app purchases, and mechanisms to avoid repeating challenges in new games.

Thanks to my Business Analyst profile, I was able to organize, frame, prioritize, and iterate effectively, while staying close to user needs.
