Preparation of tax returns for tax integration (group of 4 structures). Legal transformation of structures, splitting of structures for SCI. Setting up holding companies like SPFPL or SAS with valuation of the sold company. Provision of monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual statements upon client request, respecting accounting procedures. Improvement of accounting structures and procedures.
