At SNCF, I was responsible for designing and implementing data automation processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. My main focus was on maintaining and updating customer data through SQL-driven automations. This included writing complex SQL queries to clean, transform, and segment data across multiple Data Extensions. I also developed and scheduled automation workflows using Automation Studio to ensure consistent data accuracy and availability for marketing campaigns. My work contributed to optimizing customer targeting and improving the overall efficiency of the marketing data pipeline.

At Groupe SEB, I was responsible for designing and developing dynamic email templates and personalized landing pages using AMPscript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. My work focused on creating modular, reusable email templates that adapted to multiple brands and markets, leveraging AMPscript for data-driven personalization. I also built custom landing pages to support various campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and responsiveness across devices. My role involved close collaboration with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.

At Universal Parks, I led a full Pardot implementation project, focusing on integrating the new marketing automation platform with their existing ecosystem. A key challenge was to migrate and connect all existing web forms to Pardot while preserving their functionality, styling, and data flows. I designed and implemented a scalable form handling strategy, ensuring seamless lead capture and accurate data mapping into Salesforce CRM. The project involved close coordination with marketing, IT, and web development teams to ensure business continuity, compliance, and performance tracking. I also configured custom scoring and grading models and delivered training sessions to ensure team autonomy post-deployment.
