Payroll control (€45M) as well as all related operations (monitoring accounts 63* and 64*, social liabilities, and third-party orders) Maintaining general accounting (including treasury, research contracts, validation of revenue orders) for a budget of €85M. Preparation of financial statements. Handling some relations with state services (DGFIP, Rectorate), local authorities (Regional Council), and internal departments (Financial Directorate). Monitoring of accounting and financial regulations. Implementation of management control and cost accounting: setting up analysis and steering tools through indicators and dashboards.
