After 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and then Product Owner within the ENGIE group, I have worked on issues related to improving user experience and journeys, primarily on Pega.

With a strong appetite for agile methods (certified SAFe, Scrum, KANBAN) that I use daily, I have also participated in the definition and launch of agile teams.

I use my business perspective to always carry the voice of the client to the development teams and ensure the value created and delivered.

I am also an empathetic and pragmatic person who relies on communication and collaboration to ensure that priorities are clear and shared, that the client's needs are well met, and that the development teams have what they need to work.
