Agro engineer by training, I never knew the 35-hour work week...
Indeed, I have been an entrepreneur all my life. My first company was created in 2013, growing to 12 permanent employees, raising 2 million euros in 2016, winning about ten competitions, then selling my company in 2018. From this first experience, I was able to create 2 organic agricultural cooperatives in Benin and Senegal, with over 800 people working in fair trade exclusively for my business.

Since then, I continue to be an entrepreneur and share my experience, my network, and my skills with entrepreneurs. I am also a private investor, an independent trainer, and co-founder of KTA, a business acceleration agency, where I help young companies achieve stability and autonomy. From idea to development, including fundraising.

I am in daily contact with courageous and committed young people seeking freedom: entrepreneurship in France is more relevant than ever, and there are plenty of support offers in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Unfortunately, I realize that failure situations are stigmatized and that there is little support for struggling projects. I thus observe a real need for "tailor-made" support for these "heroes" who need encouragement. In France, we tend to isolate a failing project, which worsens the situation. In the United States, on the contrary, failure is encouraged as a learning experience. Failing is normal! And succeeding on the first try is very rare. For this reason, it is essential for a project leader to be coached by an experienced entrepreneur who already knows this journey. An entrepreneur, by nature, takes risks and constantly faces uncertainty.
