• Building & Leading a Treasurer team of 2p. responsible for treasury, liquidity management, administration, maintenance of treasury management system (KTP) and Group swift banking platform (CashPooler) including various interfaces for payroll, SAP supplier payment files, bank account statements integration, treasury accounting entries, and bank reconciliation

• Sponsor for global payment process securization project reducing overall fraud risk with zero manual payment's target

• Leading global coordination of SWIFT Payment platform roll-out as a worldwide group's standard core model

• Leveraging bank account master data standardisation and harmonisation between treasury and accounting systems Key figures : 15 banks, 25 countries, 65 entities, 350 bank accounts, 400 users, €500Mn payroll, €5Bn supplier payment / year

• Digitalisation of FX transaction dealing and confirmation process with HQ bank & counterparties for a $15Bn deal flow / year

• Reviewing Group treasury's rules policy and processes, responsible for its application by local finance team in liaison with Internal audit team and in respect of our procedure of internal controls

• Dealing with various Interco financing position (Borrowing, loan, dividend, capital injection…)

• Involved in RFP for Second Party Opinion for CIE PO's ESG rating, and a Sustainable Financing Framework (SFF)

• M&A : Coordination of 4 closing deal for treasury stream and further post-closing integration (2022), dealing with Transitional Service Agreement, and Advising Division CFO in treasury organisation prior SULO's spin-off with CIE PO (2019)
