As a senior project manager at Neagora, I supported the agency's development and managed numerous strategic digital projects.

I designed and monitored web and mobile platforms, translating client needs into concrete and sustainable solutions. I ensured the expression of needs, the drafting of specifications, the selection and coordination of technical service providers, as well as the supervision of implementation.

My clients (Ligue de l’enseignement, UFOLEP, USEP, APAC, Mars, RATP) expected both rigorous and creative management: I was able to structure complex projects, streamline communication between stakeholders, and secure deadlines and budgets.

I also positioned the agency on open source solutions and digital sovereignty issues when it seemed relevant, anticipating the expectations of organizations in terms of technological independence.

I held a pivotal role between the maintenance department, internal and external clients, as well as elected officials and consumer associations. My role combined project management, operational management, and institutional representation.

I coordinated the deployment of technical innovations, such as the experimentation of expanding the skills of operations agents (minor maintenance) or the adaptation of a remote monitoring tool.

I managed the annual budget for "small works" (€1.7 million), produced detailed reports on service quality, and negotiated agreements with internal clients.

In parallel, I represented maintenance to user associations and local elected officials, defending the quality of services and explaining technical choices. This role strengthened my skills in project management, institutional communication, and transversal management.

Within the engineering department, I supported the implementation of a results center and a new internal contractualization logic. I managed the qualification and analysis of client requests (engineering services), built quotes, allocated resources, and monitored the progress of services.

I also managed projects registered in the State-Region Plan Contract, ensuring strict compliance with costs and deadlines. I contributed to the development of new financial and contractual monitoring methods, while supporting production teams in adopting these new practices. This experience allowed me to combine budgetary control, technical management, and change management in a complex and multi-stakeholder environment.
