• Management of about thirty client IT infrastructures equipped with CAD solutions (up to 60 workstations per client managed, for a total of 500 user workstations). Definition of IT infrastructure, security strategies, and data backup.

• Operation of redundant virtualized server infrastructures under Hyper-V. Interconnection of remote sites via VPN, VPN connection for remote users. Installation of Microsoft Exchange on-premise or hosted business messaging systems (Office 365).

• Development of a cost estimation software.

• Development of the Intech commercial management software (management of customer orders, suppliers, invoicing, calculation of margins achieved by sales representatives, automatic export to accounting software...)

• Development of utilities for monitoring the health status of Windows servers. (Email reports on RAID status, Hyper-V replication synchronization, available disk space, backup logs).
