I heard about Alexandre through other entrepreneurs, and he was introduced to me for this project. The quality of his communication, the relevance of his analysis, and the precision of his understanding of my business's specific context immediately convinced me. Before starting, I had questioned the real necessity and usefulness of calling on an external consultant. However, it is clear that this consulting proved to be extremely profitable, to the point that I chose to add three extra hours the week after the initial project closed. The stakes were multiple: revisiting our KPIs, challenging our SEO agency to achieve better results, refining the overall 2026 budget, identifying the main flaw that had been blocking our lead-to-customer conversion rate for a year, and initiating strategic thinking about onboarding a key position intended to rebalance, within three years, the share of digital in our revenue compared to in-person. Obviously, all these challenges cannot be resolved in five hours, but the visibility I have today on priorities and levers for action is much clearer and more structured than before this collaboration. I consider Alexandre to be highly qualified to support a wide range of entrepreneurs, drawing on his fifteen years of experience.
