Complete redesign of a web application for temporary workers.

To ensure and accelerate design integration, I implemented an agentic workflow that faithfully replicates Figma mockups. The agent connects to Figma via a local MCP server, reads frames, captures the visual rendering of components, and generates a precise implementation plan. Once the code is produced, other agents compare the result to the original Figma using a headless browser, in a loop until pixel-perfect correspondence.

Modern is a next-generation ITSM platform powered by AI agents, automating IT, HR, Finance, and Legal service tickets from request to resolution, with policy-based workflows and a full audit trail.

My main contributions:

At Alan, I worked on automating the processing of health documents, directly impacting operational costs and member reimbursement speed.

I notably led the implementation of LLM-based automatic parsers to improve the extraction and validation of complex documents: social security statements and hospital bills.

Key impacts:

Improved parsing of social security statements, increasing the automation rate from 64% to 89% on a volume of approximately 20,000 documents per week.

Created a hospital bill parser, for documents that were very time-consuming to process manually, with over 5 minutes of processing per document.

Developed a control and correction interface for internal operators.

Implemented the reprocessing request process, allowing members to request document reprocessing from the application.

Implemented screen sharing in the video conferencing tool used for medical consultations.
