Immersed in an infinite procedurally generated world, players will have the opportunity to explore different regions, build their camps and villages, craft and trade equipment, and most importantly, survive and face dangers.(See my portfolio for a preview of the game)• Technical Points:Neptu is primarily made in C++ and supplemented with Blueprints, particularly for the UI, shaders, and everything related to animation.I work on all aspects of the game, including 3D modeling, rigging, animations, shaders and textures, gameplay, UI, terrain generation (chunks, LOD, biomes, and placement of vegetation and resources), etc.A dedicated server has been created in C++ to support the multiplayer aspect. It manages all player actions (authoritative server) and communicates with the client via TCP sockets (Asio). A custom physics engine has also been created and integrated into the server to handle all game physics.• Objective:In order to work full-time on this project, I will launch a crowdfunding campaign with the aim of setting up a studio and combining my skills with others to finish and commercialize Neptu!
