Alexandre Dacié

With nearly 4 years of experience in international recruitment, I have worked in various environments. I started in support functions (logistics, finance, sales) before quickly specializing in IT profiles (Data/AI, Cloud, DevOps, Software). This diversity has allowed me to develop a strong adaptability and to quickly understand recruitment needs in different contexts.

In consulting firms, I have supported clients ranging from startups to large international groups, managing the entire recruitment cycle, from understanding the need to hiring. I have also carried out three RPO assignments, two of which were within large groups (Bosch and DEKRA) for high-volume recruitment campaigns, as well as experience in a highly technical and international environment.

These experiences have allowed me to regularly work in English and collaborate with teams in different countries. Today, I am open to evolving in an international context where I can continue to support teams in their recruitment challenges.
