Creation and development for 3 years of a marketplace: La boite à sports ==> brings together all sports activities in group class format and allows booking a la carte without commitment.

- B2C and B2B service.

- Largest regional offering (Aquitaine)

- Partnership with one of the largest political and economic players in the region: FCGB. We were its only external partner.

- 1 year at STATION F

++ MARKETPLACE DEVELOPMENT (CDISCOUNT, Amazon,..) ++

Category manager & key account manager (some of the largest sellers on the marketplace) on one of the largest European marketplaces, so I had the experience "from the other side of the fence" and therefore know all the workings to perform on a marketplace beyond setup and management.
