Hello,
I am Alexandre Colorio, a freelance sound designer passionate about creating immersive sound universes for video games. A graduate of ISTDS Montreal, I was trained in sound design and the creation of sound mechanics using tools like Wwise and FMOD, alongside renowned professionals such as sound designers from Ubisoft Montreal, Vibe Avenue, Larian Studios, and CD Projekt RED.
Since completing my studies, I have been working freelance with several studios like Breakfirst Studio, Big Boss Dolphin Studio, and I.C.E.B.E.R.G., on a variety of projects. This has allowed me to hone my sound design skills across different platforms and game engines.
More recently, I collaborated with Seedlers Interactive on Beyond Memoria (UE5, Wwise) and Silent Rain (UE4, Wwise), where I was responsible for sound design and integration. I also handled the sound design and audio integration for a virtual reality exhibition with I.C.E.B.E.R.G.
Through these experiences, I have acquired solid expertise in Unreal Engine (UE4 and UE5) and Unity, as well as in the use of FMOD and Wwise audio engines for sound implementation. I am also experienced with Reaper for creating and processing sound assets, and foley recording, while having good knowledge of audio programming with Pure Data.
