I am very satisfied with Alexandre's performance, who has the necessary and sufficient qualities to be a good trainer, namely being competent in his field and gifted in pedagogy. The person he trained knew nothing about OUTLOOK email; indeed, the initial assessment indicated a score of 1/5 and after one day of training (7 hours), the trainee obtained a score of 380 points / 1000 points, a level equivalent to mastery of only the basic functionalities of the software.
